Mong Kok's best Egg Tart?

The Syrian government should give some serious consideration into just giving the rebels some egg tarts in an attempt to resolve their differences. I think it would work. Egg tarts have world peace written all over them. 

But getting into a debate about who makes the best egg tarts is sure to cause some wars in Hong Kong. Everyone has a favourite bakery. In no way am I trying to prove that these are the best egg tarts in Hong Kong, but in Mong Kok, it's pretty hard to go past the hot fresh egg tarts being sold on the street at the Hong Lin restaurant.

Just look for the line outside this busy and brightly colored cha chaan teng, people lining up for piping hot bor lau bau, freshly roasted char siu and of course, straight-out-of-the-oven egg tarts.

Look at that beauty. Isn't it just the most amazing thing you've ever seen? Top end of Sai Yueng Choi street, just before the goldfish stores in Mong Kok.
